Shipping/Returns/Warranty

SHIPPING
 
  • All orders are shipped out within 24hrs, the exceptions are holidays and weekends.
  • We ship orders US Postal Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Mail depending on the order weight and the service you selected.
  • Tracking will be provided and can be found in your Account under the Order Details.
  • Order delivery times can vary, once the Postal Carrier Picks up your package we have no control over delivery times or the delivery process if you have concerns contact your local postal office.
 
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days for a full refund minus initial shipping fees, after this date an exchange only will be permitted. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 
 
Return exceptions are ARCANE VISION Products (see below).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving your return. If you need to return or exchange and item please send us a message through the Contact Page.
 
 
WARRANTY and PRODUCT DETAILS INFORMATION

* Images represent the design and features of the Motor but may not represent the actual Kv/Turn. PLEASE READ the Title and Description for complete details of the motor your will be purchasing.
 
 
WARRANTY
* Motors, Servos, and Speed Controllers (ESC) come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a warranty service. If the motor, servo, or speed controller (ESC) is deemed a warranty it will be repaired or replaced with the same model or an equivalent replacement. 
  • Warranty does not cover any signs of abuse or overuse of voltage input. 
  • Please note speed controllers are NOT Waterproof or Reverse Polarity Protected unless stated in the product details and as such this is Not Covered Under Warranty. 
  • Brushless Motor sensor board deviation, rotor asymmetry and gauss reading variances as well as Kv readings are not covered or guaranteed under warranty. 
  • Sensor Boards are considered a wear item just like motor bearings.
  • Rotors abuse i.e. a snapped shaft, delamination or cracking is not covered under warranty.
* Rocket Fans are Guaranteed to work out of the package. Due to the nature of the Hobby and the abuse that this fan takes in the car and/or truck that it is installed in there is no implied or extended manufacturer's warranty beyond that it works out of the package. Once the package is open, buyer must notify us immediately if there is an issue.
 
- Hobby Details Products come with a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers the product only against manufacturing defects and not the product it is used in and or used with. 
 
ATTENTION: Surpass Hobby USA is an Authorized Importer of Surpass Hobby Products. We are more that happy to try and help you with technical support and questions. But we are only authorized to warranty and service products that were purchased from us either on our Website www.surpasshobbyusa.net or our eBay Store SURPASSHOBBYUSA.
 
 * If your product was not purchased from us you will need to reach out to the dealer or shop you purchased the item from for detailed product support and warranty assistance.
 
 Apparel Products
*Hats and T-Shirts are non-returnable / non-refundable, but can be exchanged for the correct size. Item must be in 100% New Condition as it was shipped to you. If the item has been worn or washed no exchange will be permitted. Please see sizing chart in the product details before making a purchase.
